Dennis Anderson has lived in the Hudson Valley for more than 25 years and
now resides in Rhinebeck. He was an art dealer on Madison Avenue,
specializing in 19th and 20th century American Art. In the 1980s he enjoyed
weekends in a wonderful 18th century home in Clinton. Since then,
he has owned several homes in Rhinebeck, has taught art history in colleges
and universities, and published a number of art related books.
He is just an E-mail or phone call away during the week and always available on
weekends and evenings.
At H. H. Hill, where Dennis is an Associate broker, he has developed a keen
market awareness and a distinguished eye for quality and building proportions.
His background in art has given him the ability to visualize and articulate
future potential. Dennis specializes in residential, condominium and property development,
and keeps abreast of market trends. You will find him to be honest, frank and fun to be
with when you visit various properties together.
Gourmet boxed lunches or short notice viewings are not out of the question.
